Shipping policies

Work can be shipped, but you will need to include a return label with the item using any standard shipping company. Customer is responsible for all shipping issues and costs. We are not responsible for any item damaged or lost during shipping.

 

Satisfaction policies

Our quality is everything. We strive to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied with the service provided. The only reason we want a customer to return is for us to do business again; not to bring in a messed up product. We stand behind our work and take every means necessary to make sure the product is exactly as you have asked before it goes out the door.

 

Turnaround time

Every project is different. Our normal times are 1 week – 1-1/2 weeks. Some larger products or custom projects could take longer.
